Created as both an interactive game and a study tool for future leaders, this deck is a continuation of the book 47 Little Leadership Lessons, using the exact words and phrases featured in the book to reinforce learning through play.

Each deck includes 47 leadership vocabulary cards, featuring words and phrases with their definitions, along with 7 Power Play cards that introduce strategic advantages and reinforce critical thinking and decision-making.

Players take turns describing the leadership word or phrase without using the challenge words while others guess before time runs out. With five challenge words restricted on each card, players are encouraged to think more deeply by identifying the leadership trait in themselves and others to guide their clues and guesses.
